The apartment has only two areas that can be qualified as "rooms" -- the main living area and a separate bathroom. Designed for a client who travels frequently and therefore does not require ample space, this tiny apartment provides comfort and household amenities while saving space. The home was designed with an industrial theme in mind and has a lofted bed space as well as a couch that can function as a second bed. The apartment's most interesting feature is its library ladder that reaches a wall-to-wall storage shelf.

This apartment has little physical space but was designed to maximize the space it does have, with plenty of storage and a modern design details.
