Anthea Hamilton's theatrical exhibition titled 'The Squash' is being conducted with the assistance of Loewe's creative director J.W. Anderson. Combining various textiles and artistic techniques, the designer uses printed silk crepes, organic fabrics, hand-painted leather, among other materials to create 1970s-style outfits and gourd-shaped headpieces.
The performers in the immersive theatrical exhibition can choose from the seven J.W. Anderson-made costumes and interact with the space through dancing and "expressing an inner thought silently."
