Foul Undead Fragrances

You Can Smell Like 'The Walking Dead' with This Perfume

The American Chemical Society took inspiration from 'The Walking Dead' when creating a perfume that could potentially save you from a Zombie Apocalypse. The associated YouTube video demonstrates how to survive with a cologne that smells like dead people.

'Eau de Death' was inspired by the characters from the show who covered themselves in guts to escape the zombies. According to Dr. Raychelle Burks, the scent of decaying bodies is strong enough to cover your natural one. The perfume is made up of putresine, cadaverine and a bit of methanethiol to make you truly smell like a rotting corpse.

She says there is still room for improvement when it comes to perfecting the smell of death; after all if it isn't perfect enough to fool the undead, then we'll all be mauled to death by zombies.
