With spring officially here, Cowboy Chicken has brought back a fan-favorite chicken sandwich option called The Trail Boss.
The Trail Boss is not your average chicken sandwich. This gourmet offering consists of a breaded rotisserie chicken breast that's been flash-fried and paired with lettuce, mayo, a combo of sweet and spicy pickles, and house-made ranch dressing. Cowboy Chicken is well known for its wood-fired rotisserie chicken, which means you can expect this sandwich to be full of flavor and perfectly cooked. To pair with the sandwich, the chain has also unveiled two fresh new salad options: the Southwestern corn and bean salad, and the updated tomato and cucumber salad.
The Trail Boss is available from Cowboy Chicken locations now through July 4, 2021.
