The Tomorrow's Journal Spring/Summer 2015 editorial titled The Shades of Black offers up a new twist on monochromatic fashion. Model Emily Astrup is at the heart of the production which puts the brunette on display via numerous dark and light color schemes.
Photographer Sean McMenomy executed these captivating images. While the lighting is enough to hold the attention of readers, stylist Barbara Gullstein added to the enthralling nature of this production with revealing wrap dresses, wide legged trousers and long, draping vests.
One of the most mesmerizing elements of this feature by The Tomorrow's Journal is hair expert Henrik Haue's incorporation of puffy, teased tresses. Astrup's coif jutted out in every direction, making the series appear unruly while also structured.
