The Register Club Launched a New Cocktail Menu in Edinburgh

The Register Club at the Cheval Edinburgh Grand offers visitors a new cocktail experience with an extravagant new winter menu. The hotel restaurant and bar is located on the fourth floor of Cheval The Edinburgh Grand on St Andrew Square, offering hotel guests and city-dwellers a luxurious drinking experience.

The winter cocktail menu includes a list of 10 drinks designed by the hotel bar's Portuguese bartender Ruben Goncalves. One featured cocktail on the menu is the bartender's take on an espresso martini called Second Life. The cocktail contains raspberry syrup, an espresso shot, cacao liquor, Kummel, and vodka. Another innovative cocktail on the list is The Grand, which includes white rum, citric acid, Chinotto, IPA cordial with grapefruit and juniper, and soda water.
