Doorless Electric SUVs

The Khoji is a Concept Car Designed For India's Varying Terrain

The 'Khoji' is a concept car designed by India's number one utility vehicle maker 'Mahindra.'

Designed to tackle any of India's diverse terrains, the Kohji is an all-electric SUV. The designers of this SUV decided to abandon traditional doors for this vehicle. Instead, the whole exterior of the vehicle rises off of the chassis and allows the driver to sit inside the frame of the Khoji. The front and sides of the car feature hexagonal smart glass tiling that is turned off when the user is out of the car, acting as a sun screen to prevent the interior from becoming too hot under the sun. These tiles are turned off while the car is being operated.

As of now, the Khoji is just a concept as it has been designed for use in the year 2035.
