The iPhone 4S is a Brainier Upgrade to the iPhone 4

The iPhone 4S has just made its official debut to the world. Apple's latest iPhone incarnation looks nearly identical to the iPhone 4 in every way, but it's what's underneath the hood that separates the iPhone 4 and 4S.

For starters, the iPhone 4S has a dual-core A5 processor that is said to offer double the performance of the iPhone 4 and graphics that are seven times faster. The iPhone 4S will also have an 8-megapixel camera with facial recognition and a video camera that can record video in 1080p. Perhaps the coolest feature of the iPhone 4S is Siri, the new voice recognition feature that lets you operate nearly every aspect of your phone through voice commands. Everything from finding your way home to taking down a note can be done through Siri.

Other awesome new features of the iPhone 4S include a new smart antenna, faster download/upload speeds and a longer battery life. The phone will come in 16, 32 and 64GB versions and will drop in the U.S. on October 14th.
