Modernized Rustic Co-Working Offices

The Farm Soho Office Embodies Collaboration and Creation

The Farm Soho is a co-working office space based in New York City, and its design was created by Lucas Seyhun.

In creating the space, it was Seyhun's goal to ensure that it would attract creatives with a goal to collaborate with others. The resulting co-working office is one that is inspired by a modernized version of rustic design. Most of the office is made up of, and decorated with, wooden paneling – with the exception of some plain white walls and exposed brick, The space features collaborative work stations, semi-private meeting booths and lounge areas.

The Farm Soho office's design ensures that it is able to attract its primary targets – "designers, developers, social change agents, artists and entrepreneurs."
