THC-Infused Beers

Flying Dog and Green Leaf Medical are Collaborating on 'Hop Chronic'

As of this year, Flying Dog Brewery and Green Leaf Medical Cannabis are coming together to create and release Maryland's first THC-infused beer. The non-alcoholic beer takes after an IPA-style brew and will serve as an alternative way to support Maryland medical cannabis patients with CBD and THC—without the need for them to smoke or vape. As such, the collaborative beer, which goes by the name Hop Chronic, is set to be available in dispensaries throughout the state in six-packs and single-serve cans.

Due to the fact that there are laws in place to prevent marijuana from being mixed with alcohol in commercial products, brands are simply turning to sparkling drinks, non-alcoholic beers and sodas as a different way of sharing therapeutic cannabinoids.
