The Counter's New Texas BBQ Brisket Burger Features a Spicy Kick

The Counter is going big with a new Texas-sized offering known as the 'Texas BBQ Brisket Burger.' The tasty new burger makes its debut alongside the equally tasty new Double Chocolate Cookies N Cream Shake.

Just as the name suggests, the new Texas BBQ Brisket Burger is a Southern-inspired burger that's big on barbeque flavors. The burger starts with smoked brisket, all-natural juicy angus beef, topped with Sriracha BBQ Sauce, pickles, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, and crispy fried onion strings. The whole thing is served on a slightly sweet brioche bun with a side of even more Sriracha BBQ sauce. As Justin Hale, National Marketing Manager at The Counter's parent company Kahala Brands, explains, "The new Texas BBQ Brisket Burger offers an unmatched mix of Texas-inspired flavors with a kick of spice from our homemade Sriracha BBQ sauce and the perfect amount of crunch from our signature fried onion strings."
