Øyvind Berntsen Tranformed His Bookshelf into a Tetris Game

Øyvind Berntsen recently changed his at-home bookshelf into a Tetris game by wiring it with a series of LED lights and programming the adrenaline-pumping classic to be played through his computer.

The bookshelf Tetris game was designed with an unspecified computer program, where Øyvind Berntsen transformed each of the LED shelves to work as versatile puzzle pieces. The bookshelf measures in at 4 x 5 meters and was previously programmed to play 'Snake.'

At the time, the lights sprawled along the shelf and eventually formed into the image of a large engagement ring -- which is how Øyvind Berntsen creatively proposed to his girlfriend Nadia Tokerud last year. With the lights already hooked up with the bookshelf, it was only logical that they be used to play an enormous Tetris game.
