Tesla has Removed the Mobile Connector from its Base Car Bundles

Elon Musk has announced an update to Tesla's vehicle bundles that no longer includes the Tesla mobile connector. The mobile connector was removed from Tesla's bundles based on customer feedback. Elon Musk noted that the usage statistics for the mobile connector were "super low." When the low usage statistics is combined with the steep price tag of $275 USD, the company elected to remove it from the base bundle in order to make its vehicles more accessible.

In addition to this, for customers who would still like to purchase a mobile connector, Tesla has reduced the price of the standalone mobile connector bundle from $275 to $200. With this new change, Tesla bundles will produce less waste and customers will still be able to receive each accessory at an affordable price.
