Fat Bastard Burrito Just Added a New Tequila Lime Chicken Empanada

Fat Bastard Burrito, which was recently acquired by Mary Brown's Chicken, recently launched its new Tequila Lime Chicken Empanada and new Beans & Cheese Empanada.

The launch of the new empanada marks the brand's first-ever release of an empanada product. In fact, this release makes Fat Bastard Burrito the first quick serve burrito restaurants in Canada to sell empanadas.

The Tequila Lime Chicken Empanada consists of baked chicken paired with shredded cheese, tequila lime sauce, and jalapenos, all wrapped up and sealed in a white taco shell that's been deep fried. On the other hand, the new Beans & Cheese Empanada consists of pinto beans, baked beans, shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, jalapenos, and cilantro, all wrapped up in a deep fried wheat taco shell. Both are available now for a limited time.
