Charitable Street Art

Tanqueray Style Sessions

Tanqueray has sponsored a high end auction of street art in a charitable project called Tanqueray Style Sessions.

The events, which combines fashion, street art and music, are taking place in April and May in major cities across the US, including San Francisco, Chicago, New Orleans and New York. Tanqueray comissioned art from Stash, a well known graffiti artist to be auctioned on eBay along with fashion pieces by Marc Ecko and New Era.

"The Style Session will include artwork commissioned from up-and-coming visual artists Janice Caswell, Malin Abrahamsson, and Michelle Egiziano," Vibe.com says. "The artists were asked to interpret various Tanqueray variants in their own visual style. "

The proceeds will go toward a centre for adults with disabilities called the Creative Growth Arts Center which encourages them to embrace their artistic talents.

The parties will be chic, so if you manage to snag an invite, expect to be spoiled with the best varities of Tanqueray gins! Those who can't make it can still help support the cause by bidding on the pieces on eBay.
