Lab-Like Window Installations

Takram Installs the KANSEI Tech/Art Installation for Shiseido

Takram Design Agency has installed the KANSEI installation for the makeup company Shiseido. The installation consists of a window that displays the brand identity of the company, as well as any research that the team is currently working on.

For the company's first display in the window, they are showcasing a haptic sensor system. The installation features a live model in the window from the corporation, who demonstrates various procedures related to this piece of research. Instead of putting a stagnant mannequin on display, this window promotes more science-based discoveries, and will hook in viewers since it's so different than the storefronts people are used to seeing. The entire design as of now looks like a live lab for people to peer in. Photo Credits: designboom, takram
