Designs Inspired by Wooly Jumpers

Designers Rie Egawa and Burgess Zbryk created these awesome sculptures and floor lamp using knitted fabric as textures. They are all part of their 'Sweater Series'.

The combination of 'wool yarn, steel plastic and light' really does deliver some fantastic looking results.

The stripes remind me very much of the Paul Smith stripes seen on everything from wallets, to belts to bags.
