Created by the Dutch-based designer Thomas Linseen, the bathing basin closely resembles the look and feel of a comfy cottage chair, complete with a headrest that allows for maximum lean-back potential while diminishing the likelihood of getting a crick in one's neck.
The tub is constructed from a composite of polyester and marble, a unique material that was developed by the artist specifically for this product, and sits inside a framework of laminated strips of American white oak.
While the lavatory piece could potentially pass for patio furniture, it is meant to remain indoors and will certainly play host to some super chilled-out bubble baths.
