Astralis Partners with HK Privat for the 'Studie_CS' Esports League

Danish esports organization Astralis has announced it will be creating ‘Studie_CS’ an esports league for high school and post-secondary students. Designed in collaboration with Danish trade union HK Privat, the CS:GO-focused tournament will host online and in-person events, with the grand finals happening at the Astralis Nexus in Copenhagen. The companies have plans to expand Studie_CS to include other game titles in the future.

HK Private is a trade union that represents clerical workers, retail workers, and additional workers in relevant industries. This partnership will allow Astralis to extend its reach to the educational system in Denmark.

Simon Tøgern, Head of Section, HK Privat, commented: "Astralis also has significant experience hosting tournaments for fans and gamers online and in their new gaming centre Astralis Nexus. Together, we believe we can add considerable value to all students across the country. We see vast potential in this partnership by creating a massive, open tournament encouraging positive online communities, where everyone is welcome."
