Stuart Semple's New Blink Color is One of the Blackest Blacks Available

British artist Stuart Semple has developed what he calls, "the blackest black ink." This new product is called Blink and is a matte ink designed for ink work, calligraphy, paint marking, and brush pens.

Blink ink is bleed-proof, waterproof, drip-proof, and ultra-matte. It is made using the highest quality pigment, which means a little ink goes a long way.

Blink was made in response to Vantablack, which is considered one of the darkest known paint colors on the market thus far. Vanta Black was made by artist Anish Kapoor in 2016, who bought the exclusive rights to the paint color and which subsequently caused controversy in the art world. In response to this, Semple made his new product extremely accessible to all - retailing the product at USD 16 for 30 ml.
