This Future Street Cleaning System Keeps Cities Clean

This conceptual future street cleaning system is a robotic solution for cities that would enable them to more effectively and easily prevent thoroughfares from being littered with debris. The robotic vehicle would work seamlessly by traversing city streets and utilizing a series of rotating brush heads to push debris into the vacuum section to be collected and stored securely. The robot would subsequently be able to operate for two to three hours before requiring emptying.

The conceptual future street cleaning system is the design work of Robert Schäfer and would offer two modes when working to clean the streets. This includes the ability to clean larger streets more broadly as well as the function to clear pedestrian areas in a more concentrated manner.
