Japanese architecture and design studio Torafu Architects created a store window display in response to Hermès' nature-themed challenge titled 'Nature at Full Gallop.'
The company used the microscopic elements of nature as its inspiration, crafting a series of store window displays using PVC tubes bundled together. With this, Torafu Architects aimed to reveal what is unseen by the naked eye, mimicking the pattern of plant cells with the tubes. The 3D display consists of material cut in various lengths, allowing the cell structure to function as hooks and hangers for the apparel as well.
