The Domecage prison might make being in jail a little less hard to deal with (doubt it). The creative design by Willem Van der Sluis is based on the idea of making people want to participate in activities at a place they really don’t want to be.
Willem Van der Sluis perfers to call them Sportdomes (yeah sure, could’ve built a recreational centre for children) and feels the design does not give off the prison feel.
The inmates get the chance to get some fresh air and admire the horizon while competing in athletic activity. For the nay-sayers, it’s virtually impossible to escape from this bad boy.
