New Balance Design Studio FuelCell RC Elite Gets a Steel Blue Look

New Balance's Tokyo Design Studio delivers a new Steel Blue colorway that decorates its signature FuelCell RC Elite V2 sneaker model that arrives online at HBX. The inspiration behind the shoe is said to have stemmed from the New Balance 1300JP running shoe that made its first debut back in 1985.

This time around, the shoe is made from a steel blue mesh material at the base foundation. It is then detailed with grey suede on top for a soft touch, along with eggshell white leather panels around the collar section. It is highlighted by the jagged overlaying details that unveil the breathable 3D knit materials. It is rounded out by blue stitching and the lateral N logo on the side.
