The Taco Bell Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla is being rolled out by the Tex-Mex QSR brand as a new menu option that's crafted with taste, quality and convenience in the spotlight. The menu item is arriving on the brand's menu nationwide and puts the poblano pepper in focus to prioritize fire-roasted flavor and a touch of heat.
The item comes as the brand's first rolled quesadilla and starts off with a tortilla packed with roasted poblano peppers, marinated steak, a blend of cheese and Spicy Ranch sauce. The quesadilla is thus at once tasty, comforting and perfect for enjoyment in the colder weather, but will only be on offer for a limited time starting November 20, 2025.
Chief Marketing Officer Luis Restrepo spoke on the Taco Bell Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla saying, "At Taco Bell, innovation means more than new menu items – it’s about reimagining the classics and introducing bold flavors that excite our fans. With the debut of the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla, we’re celebrating the unique flavor profile of the poblano pepper in a new form. This launch is a testament to our relentless drive to deliver craveable innovations in every bite."
