Like many other fast food brands, Frisch’s Big Boy is ringing in the 2021 Lenten season with two new seafood offerings: the Sriracha Fish Sandwich and the Lemon Pepper Fish Sandwich.
With many consumers eschewing meat this time of year, Frisch’s Big Boy's new fish sandwiches are the perfect alternative. The new Sriracha Fish Sandwich is a spicy take on a traditional fish sandwich and consists of two cod fillets hand-breaded with sriracha seasoning. The fillets are then topped with lettuce, Frisch’s Spicy Tartar sauce, and served on a toasted bun. On the other hand, the Lemon Pepper Fish Sandwich features two cod fillets hand-breaded with zesty lemon pepper seasoning and topped with lettuce and Frisch’s Original Tartar sauce on a toasted bun.
Both of the new fish sandwiches are available at participating Frisch’s Big Boy locations for a limited time through Lent.
