Brooksbank & Collins have created an intergalactic space table designed to accessorize interior home spaces. This elegant table features a large sphere that is off center and surrounded by what appears to be hypnotizing rings from the planet Saturn.
The sphere in the center of the table can either be black, brass or finished with a glossy mirror polish. When viewed from overhead, the tabletop looks as if someone had dropped this ball into deep dark water and it froze before is was fully submerged. The rippling water, or rings of Saturn are created through the art of etching stainless steel. The overall smooth appearance is calming and mesmerizing.
The surreal space table is titled 'Boullee Table' as a tribute to the Etienne Louis Boullee who was a neoclassical architect.
