In partnership with award-winning chef, taste-maker, soul food and southern cooking expert Millie Peartree, McCormick is celebrating Black History Month by transforming charcuterie boards into "Soul-Cuterie" boards. These boards celebrate soul food recipes and they feature recipes like Peartree's deviled eggs with southern fried chicken skin. Another essential Soul-Cuterie selection are the catfish nuggets, prepared with Zatarain's Crispy Southern Fish Fri and Creole Mustard and Old Bay Seasoning.
With the introduction of these Soul-Cuterie boards, families will get to reimagine how they share their favorite soul food dishes for a variety of group gatherings.
To kick-start this partnership, McCormick donated to the chef's Full Heart, Full Bellies initiative, which supports the food insecure in her current hometown of the Bronx.
