Kooshy's Sourdough Stuffing is Vegan, Dairy-Free & Made Without Seed Oil

Stuffing is an essential component of the holidays, bringing nostalgic flavors and comfort to the festive table, but many shelf-stable stuffing mixes are loaded with high sodium and artificial ingredients, prompting Kooshy to create a cleaner, better-for-you Sourdough Stuffing Mix. "We wanted to help retailers and consumers by filling the same gap that we were able to fill in croutons and breadcrumbs, by providing a cleaner, better-for-you product with fun, more contemporary branding," expressed Matt Wachsman, co-founder and chief operating officer of Kooshy.

This free-from stuffing mix is crafted with ingredients like wheat flour, wheat sourdough, yeast, sea salt, cane sugar, onion, celery, herbs and spices. Equally important as what's included, the wholly plant-based mix excludes seed oils, GMO ingredients and dairy.

Preparing the Sourdough Stuffing Mix is as easy as using the stovetop for about five minutes or the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
