The Conceptual 'sound/spot' Speaker Targets Audio

Watching TV in a living room usually means raising the volume in order to reach where the viewer is sitting which is somewhat inefficient, so the conceptual 'sound/spot' speaker has been designed to help solve this problem. The speaker features a spotlight-like design that is intended to be positioned right beside a couch or chair in order to direct the audio directly to the viewer. This eliminates the need to raise the volume on the TV to drown out ambient noise, while also preventing the user from bothering others in the household or neighbors with loud audio.

The conceptual 'sound/spot' speaker is the design work of Kihyeon Kim, Lee Hyo Min and Seongmin Kwon, and helps to accommodate the needs of consumers who are streaming more content in their living room than ever.
