The 3D rendered images that artist Souverein Weesp has created for the new Shaun White video game are absolutely stunning. The pictures were created as part of a promotional campaign to help advertise the game. The premise of the renders is to show a large metropolis that has the bottom of the buildings curving into ramps.
The visual photographs for the campaign were taken with the help of a helicopter by photography and art director Jaap Vliegenthart. The aerial captures were then manipulated with the help of 3D rendered ramps. The ability for the images to captivate an audience is why these advertisements will be so successful.
If this campaign is any indication of how good this Ubisoft game will be, then the Shaun White video game is going to be seriously badass.
