Super-Fan Builds is gifting a megafan with a Sharknado-inspired water slide for their backyard. The TV series builds custom-made fandom-inspired items for megafans across the US.
One Sharknado megafan will be able to slide out of a giant shark's mouth and into a pool. For this project, Super-Fan Builds hired prop builder Shane Hammond to design and build the Sharknado-inspired water slide. The frame of the slide is made from steel tubing and custom-printed fabrics and painted graphics to make it as accurate as possible. Hammond aimed to make the water slide half tornado and half shark. The tornado features shark cutouts and some severed limbs sticking out from the sides of the slide. This episode of Super-Fan Builds will only be available on the Go90 app, which only works in the US.
