The 'Shared Lady Beetle Library' is a whimsical mobile library bicycle that aims to bring the books to the people for a decentralized reading experience. The library unit itself is crafted from recycled scrap metal and attached onto a bicycle to let riders take it almost anywhere to provide reading material to children in any part of a city or region. The beetle-shaped design of the library trailer opens up when stationary to provide easy access and even enough space for sitting as the reader enjoys a new title.
The 'Shared Lady Beetle Library' is the design work of Luo Yujie and Lu Zhuojian of the LUO Studio, and has a fairytale-like aesthetic that enhances the reading experience for youngsters.
