Thai-Based Brand Sesamilk Expands to China and Taiwan

Thai label Sesamilk specializes in creating sesame milk and implements plans to expand into China and Taiwan markets as well. The brand produces white and black sesame milk as a dairy-free alternative, launching into China as of December 2020 and into Taiwan in early 2021.

Some countries that the brand is looking to branch into down the pipeline include India, Australia, and the US. Sesamilk is originally part of a family business known as Tang Ying Wattana, which had a hand in sesame hulling. The brand's products are free of any additives including any stabilizers, thickeners, oil, or homogenizers, which are common in many plant-based kinds of milk. The sesame seeds are clean and roasted at the manufacturing site before milking and conducting the UHT in Thailand.
