The Sesame Street x Sanrio collection launches on July 2 at Sesame Street Market in Japan as the second collaboration between the two character franchises. The release includes apparel, accessories, plush items and exclusive café offerings featuring paired character illustrations. Elmo appears with Hello Kitty, Cookie Monster with Cinnamoroll, Big Bird with Pompompurin and Oscar the Grouch with Pochacco, with each duo celebrating the crossover through coordinated designs.
The collaboration also introduces four limited-edition donuts inspired by the character pairings. Each donut features a colorful glaze and a monaka wafer printed with its matching duo. The flavors include apple glaze with custard sauce, cinnamon glaze with white chocolate sauce, custard glaze with caramel sauce and matcha milk glaze with matcha sauce. The collection and themed menu will be available exclusively at Sesame Street Market in Japan beginning July 2.
