In April this year, KAWS unveils a look at its 'SEEING/WATCHING' plush toy and to follow up, the New York-based artist will be launching a new 'SEEING BFF' figurine. The upcoming figurine is a blue vinyl toy constructed from alloy and ceramics. What makes the piece stand out, however, is definitely the new set of LED lights incorporated into the toy's eyes. This allows for it to function as a glow-in-the-dark lamp. The SEEING BFF toy also comes with a pedestal and its LED lights require two CR2 batteries to function.
The SEEING BFF pieces are highly limited, with only 250 constructed and priced at $12,000. Available for pre-order on May 6, the figures will be on sale on September 10.
