Public safety and personal monitoring never looked so good with these security cameras getting a new makeover. Typically public surveillance is a less glamorous form of security, but these security cameras got some of their menacing qualities taken away in favor of a more people-friendly look.
the term 'Big Brother' get thrown around a lot especially in heavily regulated and surveyed cities. While nobody can say how much having security cameras monitoring everybody's every move actually affects public security or people in general, we can say it's a bit creepy.
To avoid some of the negative connotations that come with public security Fabrique has decided to switch from the little black box look to go for a more cartoony eye look. While the usage is the same, I can say the style makes it look far less threatening.
