In the summer of 2019, those staying at the Hotel del Coronado can look forward to enjoying a sustainable, sea-to-table meal at the hotel's new restaurant, Serẽa. Serẽa spotlights sustainable coastal cuisine, as well as freshly farmed produce from California and the Baja Peninsula.

On the menu at Serẽa will be a range of raw and cooked options, ranging from seafood towers to freshly caught whole fish. The environmentally friendly menu boasts options that are carefully considered and supported by local and regional purveyors, including Baja California's Pacifico Aquaculture and its sustainability-first farming program for premium, ocean-raised seabass.
