Irregularly Angular Homes

s_Denk Features Different Windows to Reflect Different Scenery

Local Bavarian architecture and design firm SoHo Architektur has created a family home called s_Denk. The family dwelling is located in the Bavarian countryside, in a small village called Landsberg.

The angular linear dwelling is reminiscent of traditional Bavarian farm buildings and was constructed so that each room would be able to feature different views of the home’s surroundings. The three-story structure includes a study and other various living spaces, "[w]e organised the levels so from the living room you can see the Bavarian Alps in the south and the Lech river in the north," says architect Alexander Nägele on the structure of the house, interior versus exterior.

The interior features cement and wood accents coupled with white walls that occupy the rest of the space, the design is extremely sleek and modern featuring expansive rooms with glass panels that reflect a different scenery with each room you find yourself in.
