Living Pencils

Creepy SCADshorts Depicts a Draw-Your-Own Version of a Magic Genie

If you found a magical living pencil that turned whatever you drew into reality, what would you draw? The girl in this SCADshorts video drew a cake, a kite and an alternate universe into which to travel.

SCADshorts is a creative video production project by a group of alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design. Each month, they release a new video short created by their artists. This short above is titled "Scribe Conjures Alternate Dimension."

Implications - The catchphrase for this little creation is even memorable, "He'll help you draw, he'll help you erase; waste not want not...he's Pencil Face."

If that wasn't so frightening, i'd lock in my brain as a nighttime lullaby for future children.
