SavorEat Makes Plant-Based Burgers with a Robot Chef & 3D Printing

As of this year, plant-based burgers can be found at most major fast food chains and Israel's SavorEat helps restaurants differentiate themselves with proprietary ingredients and meatless burger recipes, plus 3D-printing technology from a smart robot. SavorEat relies on a Robot Chef that uses an automatic cooking process and cartridges with plant-based ingredients to introduce "a new generation of meat-replacing products."

While the meatless alternatives are created to look, taste and behave like meat, the products can also be prepared to suit a consumer's preferences. As CEO Racheli Vizman says, "SavorEat’s solution allows for the ability to personalize each dish to fit consumers’ specific diets, lifestyles, or medical conditions."

Recently, the innovative Israeli firm became the first food tech company to hold an IPO of shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
