Samsung 3D OLED TV is a Teeny Tiny 1.6 mm Thick

Like a piece of thin cardboard, the 14-inch Samsung 3D OLED display shown at CES 2010 this week is a mere 1.6mm thick.

As it’s still a concept (they say it won’t be out until about 2013), the design and features of the Samsung 3D OLED TV could still change dramatically—who knows what type of media tech advances we’ll have by the time it’s released. In its current state, it works like a miniature version of a 3D movie theater screen, complete with 3D glasses.
