Saluhall is a New Dining Concept by IKEA's Parent Company

From meatballs to hot dogs and ice cream, IKEA offers all sorts of vegan and vegetarian-friendly food options, and Saluhall is a new dining concept from Ingka Group (IKEA's parent company) that shares Nordic street food with a menu that's 80% plant-based.

The menus will be built around the four pillars of Nordic street food (bread, beer, burgers, and ice cream) and the experience offers flexible food choices and a sense of togetherness. Saluhall's entirely beef-free food hall concept is in development in several locations, including Changsha, China; Gurugram, India; and San Francisco, CA.

This food hall concept is set to evolve over time with the aim of becoming a 100% plant-based food hall.
