Tacodeli Created a New Salmon Pistachio Taco for Spring

Pistachio is the star ingredient at Tacodeli this month with the debut of the brand's new Salmon Pistachio Taco and Seasonal Strawberry Pistachio Salad.

Available for just a limited time, both of the new offerings put the nutty and distinctive taste of pistachios front and center. The Salmon Pistachio Taco starts with responsibly sourced Atlantic salmon, which is then breaded and grilled with a mixture of course-ground pistachios before it's drizzled with a housemade pistachio salsa and topped with habanero escabeche. On the other hand, the new Strawberry Pistachio Salad features a mix of fresh spinach, creamy avocado, and local strawberries, with the option to add the same pistachio-crusted salmon. The salad is also topped with a housemade strawberry balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese, and candied chipotle pistachios, for that extra nutty flavor.

Both the new offerings are available now through May 4th at all Tacodeli locations in Texas.
