The Caucasus mountains region in Russia is home to dozens of health spas catering to those who seek to detoxify the mind, the body and the soul.
Naturally, the Mashuk-Akva Term spa is very fond of the enema for obvious health reasons, but perhaps they are a little too fond? Russian sculptor Svetlana Avakina was commissioned to build a monument paying homage to the backdoor cleansing practice and the result is a Boticelli inspired 800lb enema bulb resting on cherubs at a cost of around $30,000 US dollars.
Mind-boggling isn't it?
