Roman Izquierdo Bouldstridge takes a previous office in Gava, Spain, and turns it into a tranquil beach house. The blank space overlooks views of Gavaa Mar Beach through green pine trees. Inside the space is a mezzanine level that has been incorporated to increase the use of the space.
The front facade of the home is made up of large windows that stem from floor to ceiling. This gives off different views depending on which floor one is looking out of -- due to the large glass front, it invites in plenty of natural light to the home, creating an airy and bright space. The veiling measures out to approximately 5 meters high with a wooden mezzanine throughout the minimal interiors.
