The RememberBear Password App Securely Stores Users Credentials

The VPN TunnelBear's RememberBear app is the first release for the company after being acquired by McAfee last month. The Ontario, Canada-based TunnelBear is perhaps best known for its cross-platform virtual private network (VPN) platform, but this new program aims to better manage and store multiple passwords. Available as a native client for Android, Mac, iOS, Windows and as an extension on browsers, the RememberBear app saves users from having to remember online credentials.

Like other password management apps, the RememberBear app stores passwords, and even credit card information, in an encrypted vault. The platform can then be used to auto-fill details on specific sites and also features a random password generator for increased security. Because of TunnelBear's expertise in VPN's and McAfee's focus on security, users can rest assured knowing their credentials are secure in a fully encrypted and safe platform with the RememberBear password app.
