Philadelphia & Milk Bar Collaborated on the Red Velvet Philly Bagel Bomb

Philadelphia teamed up with Milk Bar to create the Red Velvet Philly Bagel Bomb, a new experience of one of Milk Bar’s best-selling flavors in a bite-sized format. These texture-rich bagel bites introduce the first-ever sweet flavor profile for Milk Bar's Bagel Bombs in a miniature format.

The Red Velvet Philly Bagel Bomb is made with a lightly sweetened Philly cream cheese core with chocolate, wrapped with red velvet bagel dough and served warm. This bagel bite provides a moment of sweetness, whenever it's enjoyed throughout the day, and it's a limited-time snack that makes Bagel Bombs more widely available. "When we created the Bagel Bomb way back in 2011, we were only able to offer them in our bakeries," said Christina Tosi, the Chef and Founder of Milk Bar. Now, the Red Velvet Philly Bagel Bomb is Milk Bar's first-ever nationwide bagel bomb.
