Flowers and the female form is what Austrian artist Gustav Klimt was all about. Creative stylist and digital artist Kattaca has recreated some of the Viennese painter’s work with an inspired combination of illustration and photography.
The collection of images is titled ‘La esencia de Klimt’ for Ae magazine. Photography was by Moises Gonzalez, make-up by Yurema Villa and hair styled by Raul Zarco.
Thanks to the Klimt Collection for images of ‘The Maiden’, ‘The Kiss II’, ‘Adele Block Bauer’, ‘Water Serpants’, and ‘Mada Primavesi’ for comparison to the originals.
