This Martial Arts Punching Bag Kicks Back at You When Hit with a Blow

This martial arts training bag has a foot of its own; the skinny punching bag is built in a way that responds to your hard punches. The bag is divided into two sections and connected by a flexible joint, which allows trainees to practice not just punching, but also other martial arts techniques like kicks and knees. This product by Toronto-based industrial designer Jason Luk is the first ever martial arts training bag that is physically responsive.

The designer aspires to provide trainees with the ultimate training session, practicing and coordinating everything they’ve learned. The main bag is 30 inches long and the bottom portion is 20 inches. The bag is purposely designed to only six inches in diameter so it is harder to target.
